Job Responsibilities:
Oversee the data environment and system readiness of Middle Office systems. Ensure data integrity of these systems by performing ongoing data validation tests. Open new accounts in the systems. Reconcile positions, transactions, and indicative data across systems. Enter clients’ portfolio requests into a workflow tool. Run, prepare, and distribute MIS reports of business and operational data. Maintain client and security static data within the systems. Maintain user configurations and entitlements within the systems. Partner with the Front Office, Operations, and Technology teams to resolve issues. Manage deliverables while servicing all ad hoc queries and requests.Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:
Strong academic background with at least 2 years of relevant industry experience. Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills. Fluent in English, both written and oral. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills. Ability to produce and interpret results for internal clients, focusing on foreseeing and preventing issues. Excellent time management and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and proactively seek guidance when needed. Strong team player with the ability to build relationships globally. Adaptable to a changing environment. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Knowledge of investment products and a control-oriented mindset.
