Job Summary

As a Senior Team Member within the Custody Stock Reconciliations team, you will execute a variety of functions related to asset and cash reconciliations. Your responsibilities will include investigating discrepancies, providing analytical insights, and collaborating with business partners to resolve breaks. Ensuring all processes meet defined SLAs, you will play a crucial role in contributing to the overall success of our global custody network.

Job Responsibilities

Perform asset (stock) and cash reconciliations, investigating discrepancies.Understand breaks and exceptions, providing analytical reasoning and details.Meet or exceed all defined SLAs for quality and turnaround time.Work on metrics, dashboards, and reporting documents as required.Participate in hub calls and liaise with the business to resolve breaks.Address day-to-day queries promptly and effectively.Collaborate with resolver groups to ensure timely issue resolution.Maintain accurate records and documentation for reconciliations.Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies.Ensure compliance with all relevant policies and procedures.Support team initiatives and contribute to a collaborative work environment.

 

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

Hold a B. Com, M. Com, BBA, or MBA degree.Demonstrate minimum 3 years of experience with stock and cash reconciliations.Exhibit strong time management and organizational skills.Pay attention to detail and possess analytical skills.Communicate effectively with good oral and written skills.Partner effectively with peers, colleagues, and stakeholders.Adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure.

 

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

Possess knowledge of asset servicing, corporate actions, and securities lending.Understand trade and settlement processes.Have working experience with TLM/TLM Premium.Demonstrate understanding of data validation controls.Show familiarity with feed validation and out-of-proof checks.Exhibit experience in static and feed maintenance.Display a proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
