You help execute the revenue management workstream to help us optimize the return on investment on our trade spend activities.
How you will contribute
You will:
Work with customer teams to track progress towards revenue KPIsComplete promotional post evaluations in partnership with Finance and MarketingSupport the Customer Planning Manager by providing regular reporting including volume tracking, trade spend, % promoted, seasonal in flight trackingMonitor revenue realization of any cost price increasesWork with customer teams and Sales Finance to ensure all trade spend in the system is accruing correctlyAttend customer forecast surgeries to understand customer dynamics and identify opportunities and risks to the planApprove promotional activity in line with guidelines with regular reviews of promotional spendWhat you will bring

Responsabilidades:
- Interactuar con áreas clave como Shopper, Ventas, Compensaciones, Administración de Ventas y CS&L.
- Desarrollar y ejecutar la estrategia de iniciativas mensuales para las diversas marcas.
- Realizar análisis de datos utilizando herramientas como Nielsen, indicadores, KPIs e información financiera.
- Traducir las estrategias de Shopper para el equipo de ventas, asegurando su correcta implementación.
- Crear y presentar presentaciones efectivas para la comunicación de estrategias y resultados.
- Realizar seguimiento a la dispersión de material de promotoria, asegurando su correcta distribución.
Requerimientos:
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, tanto escritas como orales.
- Alta capacidad analítica y atención al detalle.
- Actitud innovadora y pensamiento disruptivo para desarrollar nuevas ideas y estrategias.
- Capacidad de adaptación a entornos cambiantes y exigentes.
- Excelente organización y gestión del tiempo.
- Dominio intermedio de Excel (bases de datos, tablas dinámicas, fórmulas anidadas, VLOOKUP).
- Conocimiento de Nielsen y KPIs en DSD (Direct Store Delivery).
- Altamente proactivo, con enfoque en resultados.
- Experiencia previa en Trade Marketing y en el canal Detalle.
