Trade Marketing Assistant

Job Summary:

Responsible for the deployment, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of Trade marketing activities on an area level.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Ensures timely activation of Marketing activities and deployment of merchandising materials to support area sales team and business directions.

Responsible for brand visibility during events activation.

Ensure that all expenses related to events are within the approved budgets of the business through checking of current wages and cost estimates for event activations.

Spearheads sponsorship of and/or participation in special events projects such as national festivals, town fiestas, trade fairs, expos/exhibits, etc.

Responsible for payment-processing for suppliers (create PR thru Step up and facilitates payment thru SAP)

Monitors the inventory and allocation of all merchandising and promo materials housed in the different warehouses through systematic procedures (i.e., regular month-end physical inventory counts, daily tally of received and released items, proper use of all standard forms for requisition and release, SAP monitoring, etc.)

 

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in any business/marketing-related course

Can drive manual transmission vehicle

Proficient in MS Office tools and experienced in project management

With related working experience
