MAIN RESPONSABILITIES
Initiate the support and creation of any co-op projects with large accounts by regularly having meetings with accounts marketing teams/buyers.Coordinate all in-store initiatives on an account specific basis, like concept areas, shoes panels, focus tables, seasonal windows and so on.Partner with graphics designer’s department (Team based in the HQ, United States) to develop marketing materials, including in-store graphics and digital/social assets for accounts.Liaise with all the departments involved in the creation of specific activations (Graphics, Visual Merchandising, Digital, Communication, Sales,…), acting as a project managerCoordination of special projects (capsule collections, shop window takeovers…)Develop local POP programs, working with US Team to order seasonal POP items.Working with vendors to create new and existing concepts for events or in-store launches.Oversee brand and product training session with key accounts.Preparation of periodical pre/post activity presentations (objectives, results, etc.)Create marketing presentation for consistent sales support.Optimally manage the overall trade budget assigned, specifically to single account in accordance with the strategic direction, monitoring the return on investment and customer performance.Assisting at all events from press day to trade shows and performance eventsABOUT YOU:
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or a related field.3-5 years' experience in a Trade Marketing role with direct relationships with customers, gained in multinational contexts.Familiarity with analyzing a significant amount of complex data.Experience in planning, project management and budget managementExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProactivity and hands-on attitudePrecision and attention to detailsExcellent knowledge of the Office SuiteFluent both in Italian and EnglishTravel availability, when neededWHAT WE OFFER:
