JOB SUMMARY:
The Trade Marketing Executive will assist with the development of B2B and B2C marketing strategies and communications for Celebrity Cruises. Collaborating with the Trade Marketing Manager, Digital & CRM Manager, and the Sales & Marketing team, the role will execute sales campaigns and tactics with trade partners and trade media, as well as supporting digital marketing campaigns for direct consumers.
This includes assisting with the development and management of events, eDMs (trade partners & direct consumer), agent portal communications, agent webinars, trade media, trade campaigns, development of sales assets & collateral, as well as consumer website promotions. The role will assist trade partners to develop effective B2C campaigns and achieve commercial goals.
Some of your duties include:
Assist with the execution of the go-to market calendar, including outward communication to the trade across eDMs, Social, Agent Portals/Platforms, as well as the consumer database and website.Assist with the execution of a content calendar and advertising strategies for the brand’s B2B trade media investments, including management and bookings.
Foster cross departmental collaboration included but not limited to Sales, Marketing & PR, Commercial, Operations and Revenue. In addition, build effective relationships with key MIA stakeholders and colleagues.
Assist with the creation and launch of trade webinars focused on marketing education to keep Celebrity Cruises top of mind and to drive revenue.
Assist with trade partner coop and activations, ensuring execution with excellence and alignment to brand guidelines
Assist the sales team to create support materials, presentations and sales aids (Brand Flyers, Toolkits, Tactical Selling Aids)
Assist with asset creation (internal or outsourced) for trade promotional activity and brand updates
Assist with the management of promotional activity across the consumer website
Assist with auditing, tracking, reporting and analysis of trade communication channels and coop campaigns, as well as auditing consumer digital platforms such as the website
Assists with other trade and consumer marketing activities as required such as ship visits, event management, prize winner fulfillment, merchandise production, and presentations
Travel within Australia & New Zealand may be required. Travel overseas may also be required.
QUALIFICATION, KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:
2+ years of B2B or B2C marketing and/or communications experience. Travel & Tourism marketing experience is highly desirable. Proven experience in working with a multi-location team & ideally within a global brand or business preferred Tertiary qualification in marketing and/or tourism desirable. Candidate must possess strong written and oral communication skills and be able to work effectively with all levels of personnel Exceptional relationship builder with the ability to collaborate across business levels with key stakeholders and help resolve issues efficiently and effectively.
