Trade Marketing Intern

Are you ready to begin your professional career? Join our Sales team as a Trade Marketing Intern. You’ll be responsible for supporting the team by identifying opportunities, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring smooth execution of trade marketing activities. This role is based in Guayaquil, Ecuador, and offers flexible work models.

  

A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing

 

Purchase Order Management: Create and manage purchase orders (POs) for POP materials and marketing support, oversee approval processes, and track transportation-related POs. Sample Dispatch & Pricing Coordination: Monitor sample shipments, coordinate with clients and the sales team, obtain physical sample quotes, and facilitate manager connections with key contacts in Ecuador. Price Analysis & Reporting: Perform price tracking through on-site visits or photographic collection, consolidate data, and deliver insightful reports using Excel.

 

We’re Looking for Someone With

 

Current university student in Marketing, Business, or a related field. English proficiency, with the ability to maintain business conversations. Intermediate MS Office skills, especially in Excel and PowerPoint. Strong planning, proactivity, and initiative. Previous internship experience (desirable)
