**Our Team:**
_You will be part of the ASEA Trade Marketing & Revenue Management team which reports to Sanofi CHC’s ASEA General Manager. Our mission is to develop channel strategies and in-store activation plans to deliver sustainable market growth ahead of our competitors and maximize the revenue of our portfolio._
**Main responsibilities:**
Be your Channel Champion to win ensure sustainable market growth ahead of our competitors. Be externally focused, at the heart of everything you do. Be an active cross functional team member ensuring effective collaboration across your market and the zone.
**_ACHIEVE FINANCIAL & MARKET SHARE TARGETS:_**
+ Drive profitable market share growth in the region
+ Meet Volume Sales, Gross & Net Sales targets
+ Attain Gross Margin and BOI targets, managing P&L effectively
+ Monitor and adjust strategies to ensure financial objectives are met
**_MANAGEMENT OF TRADE MARKETING ASSETS & POSM MATERIALS_**
+ Liaise with the Brand & Innovation Marketing & sales team to deploys all necessary POSM in the channels and develop and roll-out any other Trade assets.
+ Drive the execution and roll out of the Perfect Store Account Program across the channels.
+ Track and monitor investment vs Budget.
**_MONITORING, EVALUATION & IMPROVMENTS OF ACTIVATIONS IN THE CHANNEL_**
+ Proactively & regularly evaluate and assess effectiveness and ROI for all Trade Marketing tactics and/or assets with the support of the RGM & Performance Analytics.
+ Complete an evaluation on all activities to capture learnings and demonstrate the implementations of learnings against future investments through detailed analysis to improve sales, trade spend, product mix, efficiency, etc.
+ Propose innovative & creative trade activities to challenge the status-quo, in line with shopper strategy to increase trade tactics efficiencies.
+ Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential threats or opportunities.

**About you**
+ Experience in Trade Marketing/Sales with background in Consumer goods and/or Consumer Healthcare and awareness of Independent Pharmacies channel to be able to find new business opportunities.
+ Able to read and interpret sales data (IMS, Offtake, etc.)
+ Executional excellence and leadership in driving channel growth in local market
+ Creativity and problem-solving skills
+ Team spirit, persuasiveness & influence, highly collaborative with all cross functional partners
+ Excellent communicator both written and verbal, especially in groups, preparing and delivering presentations.
+ Strong command of English in view of business communication
