Trade-marketing manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Trade Marketing Manager to join our marketing team. The Trade Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive trade marketing strategies that align with the company's overall marketing goals. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. You will report to Marketing director, PPG AC China and base Shanghai Songjiang Plant.

Key Responsibilities

Create and implement comprehensive trade marketing strategies that align with the company's overall marketing goals. Identify key market trends, customer preferences, and competitive activities through market research to inform trade marketing decisions.

Manage areas of POS such as stores database management, implement automation processes, stores equipment stocks flow and supplier relationships;

Manage areas of POSM such as stocks flow, optimization process and scrapping, collaborate with brand teams on materials upgrades, supplier relationships;

Work closely with sales teams to develop tailored strategies for specific retailers and channels.

Manage trade marketing budgets, ensuring effective allocation of resources for maximum ROI

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. A master's degree is preferred.Proven experience in trade marketing or a similar role with minimum of 5 yearsLeadership and team management experienceFluency in both English and Mandarin is requiredProject management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
