Position Summary, Responsibilities and Expectations

Coordinate design schedules and intake forms, ensuring timely and efficient processing of design requests and maintaining organized records Document control for retail displays, ensuring all materials are up-to-date, accurate, and compliant with brand guidelines Certifications for retail displays and compliance, ensuring all retail display materials meet regulatory standards and company policies Collaborate with business units to ensure adherence to marketing guidelines and manage marketing assets for regional channels Support the planning and execution of trade marketing initiatives to drive brand visibility and engagement Manage product sample requests, ensuring timely and accurate processing Track the status of product samples from request to delivery, including coordinating with suppliers and logistics teams Communicate shipping dates and estimated arrival times to relevant stakeholders Maintain organized records of all product sample requests and deliveries

Essential Skills and Experience

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field Proven experience in Marketing Operations or a similar role Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM systems is a plus Ability to work independently and as part of a team Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

For roles that are based at our headquarters in Milpitas, CA: The starting base pay for this position is as shown below. The actual base pay is dependent upon a variety of job-related factors such as professional background, training, work experience, location, business needs and market demand. Therefore, in some circumstances, the actual salary could fall outside of this expected range. This pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.

Annual Salary Range $65,000—$75,000 USD
