We are looking for Trade Marketing Specialists in (Karachi, Lahore & Islamabad). In this role, you will support the C&V Manager in executing trade activation initiatives across all retail and trade channels. Responsible for asset deployment, merchandising deployment, and ensuring smooth execution of commercial objectives.
Your ‘day to day’
Asset Deployment- Plan and coordinate the deployment of trade assets (e.g., display units, POS materials, signage) across retail and trade channels.
- Ensure timely installation and maintenance of assets in line with brand guidelines.
- Track asset inventory and manage replenishment cycles.
- Liaise with vendors and agencies for asset logistics and quality assurance.
Merchandising Deployment- Develop and execute merchandising plans to maximize product visibility and sales conversion.
- Coordinate with sales teams and agencies for in-store execution.
- Monitor compliance with merchandising standards and report deviations.
- Analyze merchandising effectiveness and recommend improvements.
Planning- Support in tracking KPIs for trade activation initiatives.
- Assist in budget monitoring and resource planning.
- Coordinate city-wise deployment plans including headcount, and stock alignment (TPOSM and PPOSM).
Deployment & Execution- Coordinate with agencies on execution plans and KPIs.
- Monitor city-wise and CR/TA/MR-wise targets and report progress.
- Ensure availability of stock, uniforms, and devices for trade activities.
Reporting, Evaluation & Analysis- Manage daily reporting on digital portals.
- Support data integration with global systems (if any).
- Assist in preparing monthly performance reports for ours and Sales teams.
Internal Stakeholder Management- Coordinate with Sales teams for rollout execution.
- Support alignment with Zonal Sales and CCD teams for trade activities.
External Stakeholder Management- Liaise with agencies for deployment and reporting.
- Ensure uniform quality and city-wise distribution.
- Support spot/area/city identification and coordination with agencies
Who we’re looking for
Preferably master’s degree or bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or related fiel
3–5 years of experience in consumer engagement, brand activations, or marketing (FMCG experience is a plus
Strong presentation and communication skill
Data analysis and reporting skill
Experience with CRM tools or digital engagement platforms is an advantag
Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
