Cross Functional Working 
•    Sales – Competition benchmarking, data analysis, forecasting, key account planning, demand generation
•    Branding, 360 campaigns, POS development
•    Finance – Pricing, Promotion Planning, Margin Analysis
•    Supply Chain – Forecasting Accuracy, E&O management
•    Central Product Team - New Product Introduction, Category Insights, Leverage existing brand assets
Trade Marketing – promotions and pricing
•    Responsible for revenue generation and profitability for the cleaning portfolio
•    Prepare plans with all trade partners and Sales to manage the product mix 
•    Maintain pricing parity in channel
•    Build promotion plans for major promotions windows – All Channels
Channel Management & Category Management
•    Prepare and implement category management plan across key accounts
•    Drive category mix for each country to gain market share with power retailers
•    Drive AVA (availability, visibility and accessibility)
•    Be responsible for demand generation and visibility 
•    Plan and review sell out programs
Budget control, Planning & Performance review 
•    To manage the trade budget spend, to ensure that the department operates within budget. 
•    To evaluate the effectiveness of trade deals, trade marketing promotion and pricing parity 
•    Share sell out analysis & PSI for trade partners – Channel Health
New Product Launches:
•    Coordinate with Product teams to make sure all NPI’s are commercialized 
•    Identify product gaps and initiate discussion with product teams for specific product requirements
•    Work on pricing for all markets based on competition
Shopper Marketing 
•    Develop shopper insights for Key accounts.  
•    Working closely with brand team to merge shopper insights with consumer insights to come up with winning strategy 
•    Coordinate with Brand for working out artworks for all major programs and implementations
