Responsibilities:
Create and improve promotional activities for retailers or end customers (sell in & sell out) Work alongside the Sales team to understand customers’ needs and alongside other teams to implement developments projects.Cooperate to draw up and launch plans and promotional initiatives consistent with the Company’s strategy and in liaison with Sales Dep.Analyze and manage product portfolios.Collaborate to select new products according with European Marketing, that are in line with local market trends and targets.Monitor markets and competitors, understanding customer needs and new opportunities to increase market share.Manage positioning and pricing.Implement/respect Corporate’s brand guidelines and work together with external agencies.Create and implement marketing and communication campaigns, offline or online.Carry out marketing initiatives cooperating with European marketing.
