Position Description

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented recent graduate to join our team in a data-driven analytical role.

This position offers an excellent opportunity to apply analytical skills in a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will excel at problem-solving, identifying patterns and trends, and delivering actionable insights through data analysis.
Duration: 9 months

 

Responsibilities:

Perform ongoing matching of 2 databases and their maintenance.

Track company share of market in selected retail outlets, create monthly reports and expand the coverage of the project.

Be responsible of pay-for-performance contracts management with retail outlets including their target setting, monthly data tracking and results estimation.

Conduct technical work with databases, ensuring data accuracy and reliability.

Analyze the efficiency of Trade Programs and complete other analytical tasks as assigned.

 

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.

Proficiency in Excel, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and basic data visualization techniques.

Logical problem-solving skills with the ability to derive solutions based on data analysis.

Fluent in English (mandatory); proficiency in Russian is a plus.
