This outstanding opportunity allows you to contribute to our mission of making the world healthier, cleaner, and safer. **Key Responsibilities:** + Product Classification: Classify and archive electromechanical products based on technical specifications, functions, and applications to ensure flawless documentation. + Data Entry and Management: Maintain and update product databases to ensure all information is accurate, complete, and strictly adheres to industry standards. + Document Preparation and Management: Prepare and manage technical documents, manuals, and related materials for electromechanical products. + Standards and Compliance: Ensure all classification and archiving work aligns with relevant industry standards and regulatory requirements. + Support R&D and Procurement: Provide world-class technical support to the R&D and procurement departments, assisting in product selection and classification. + Problem Solving: Address and resolve issues encountered during the classification process, offering professional advice and solutions. + Training and Support: Train and support relevant department staff in classification and archiving processes to improve overall team efficiency. + Certificate Application: Assist in the application of customs clearance required certificates, such as 3C, dual-use item license, etc. **Qualifications:** + Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Electromechanical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. + Experience: At least 8 years of proven experience in electromechanical product classification and archiving. + Professional Knowledge: Familiarity with technical specifications and industry standards for electromechanical products, and an understanding of relevant regulatory requirements. + Skills: Excellent data management and analytical skills, proficiency in using relevant office software and database management systems. + Communication: Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively with various departments. + Attention to Detail: Meticulous work ethic with strong problem-solving abilities. **Preferred Qualifications:** + Experience in the electromechanical industry. + Familiarity with ISO standards or other industry standards. + Project management experience.
