Job Description

The Membership Analyst manages duties relating to GPO, IDN, Network contracts, and eligibility. This position is responsible for understanding Membership, system configuration, contract terms, conditions, and monitoring and reporting on contracts.

Key Responsibilities: 

Implements, processes, tracks, and maintains contractual agreements, including contract review and redline. (Membership updates received via contracts, rosters, LOPs, or LoCs)Manages roster and alignment quality controlValidates and performs eligibility analysis of roster and implements and manages subsequent system changes.Configures data import files for record changes in the SystemPrepares weekly progress reports and meets with the manager regularly.Implements and performs QC of rebate recordsIdentifies system development opportunities, manages system development input, testing, and data validationConfigures system object data for the automation needs of Membership. Implements process changes as a result of new contracts and contract changesManages and configures onboard reviews to update and collaborate with internal stakeholders on onboard needs and progress to effectively meet deadlinesIdentifies, creates, implements, and maintains needed alerts and reporting needs for MembershipIdentifies, creates, implements, and maintains quality control of workflow to ensure all processes are being followed.Creates and manages roster publicationsPerforms related duties assigned or ad hoc projects

 

 

Qualifications

Experience And Educational Requirements 

Requires completion of a four-year bachelor's degree program or equivalent combination of experience and educationNormally requires a minimum of three to four years of experienceExperience in GPO Membership Operations, GPO Operations, Intermediate chargebacks knowledge, and/or pharmacy contracting experience preferred.

Skills And Knowledge Requirements

Excellent critical thinking abilityProvide strategic planning, which includes identifying, communicating, and directing critical activities that will enhance operational performanceUnderstanding of GPO contract operations and sales operations.Interest in and enthusiasm for automation of solutions and their potential for improving departmental and inter-departmental efficiency.Demonstrated history of high-level support to a business manager.Superior analytical skills relative to data analyticsExcellent organizational skills; attention to detail with proven ability to manage projects and meet deadlinesAbility to communicate effectively, both orally and in writingAbility to work as an integral part of a team.Ability to use technical skills to lead an analytic and systematic approach to issue resolution.
