Our center specializes in Culinary Arts, Welding, Electronics Engineering, and Patient Care. EMPLOYMENT AT EXETER JOB CORPSEmployment at Exeter Job Corps is contingent upon successful completion of a criminal background check, employment verification, education verification, professional reference check and motor vehicle record check. Here is the available schedule for this role: Monday-Friday, 7:45am-4:45pm JOB DUTIES: + Conducts effective classroom instruction and evaluates student performance + Provides remedial support and guidance for students to successfully complete the Career Preparation Period (CPP) requirements + Evaluates and assesses students’ readiness to transition to their chosen trade + Responsible to provide students with comprehensive and individualized case management ensuring student progress, retention and completion of the Job Corps program + Establishes supportive/mentoring relationships with students throughout their enrollment and provides personal and career counseling + Routinely evaluates and documents student performance using the case management system + Ensures the classroom is organized, clean, safe and conducive to student/staff success + Other duties as assigned Qualifications QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE + High School diploma or GED required + Bachelor's Degree preferred + Experience instructing youths preferred + Must possess a valid in-state Driver’s License and meet the Company insurability requirements.
