Collaborate with Business Sales Account Manager to drive new Trade account prospects and support quotes, Design Briefs, and Trade Orders. Acts as the main point of contact for stores on Trade matters, providing guidance and training to Store Associates. Support Trade Members through the design, ordering, and delivery process, handling follow-up requests. Maintain a systematic approach to lead management, actively pursuing opportunities and building relationships. Expand Trade Member base through industry awareness, event attendance, and proactive promotion of new products. Leverage LinkedIn to share company updates, engage clients, and build relationships to expand the client base. Create and schedule social media content showcasing company initiatives, events, and achievements. Contribute significantly to achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual Trade sales goals. Focus on exemplary customer service standards for both internal and external customers.Development of Self and Others
Support the Business Sales Account Manager in training and educating store teams on effective B2B selling and outreach best practices. Ensure adherence to consistent B2B processes across all brands and locations. Coordinate and support stores in planning in-store events. Take the initiative to develop a self-improvement plan for continuous professional development.Provide Influential Leadership
