Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Trade Support Analyst to join our financial services team in Delaware. In this position, you will play a critical role in ensuring seamless operation of trade execution and post-trade processes. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, possesses strong analytical skills, and demonstrates a high level of professionalism when managing client and internal communications.
Key Responsibilities:
Trade Execution and Support:
+ Monitor and support the execution, confirmation, and settlement of trades across multiple asset classes.
+ Ensure all trade-related details are accurately processed in a timely manner to mitigate any risks or discrepancies.
Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution:
+ Investigate and promptly resolve trade breaks, discrepancies, or system issues.
+ Work closely with brokers, counterparties, and internal teams to identify root causes and prevent future issues.
Operational Oversight:
+ Maintain the integrity and reliability of trading platforms by running daily trade reconciliations and system checks.
+ Address and resolve queries related to trade entries, reconciliations, and settlements.
Process Improvement:
+ Identify opportunities to streamline and optimize workflows, tools, and processes to improve operational efficiency.
+ Provide input into developing automated solutions to reduce manual dependencies.
Regulatory and Compliance:
+ Assist in ensuring team operations align with applicable financial regulations and internal compliance standards.
+ Support regulatory reporting and audits related to trade operations.
Communication and Collaboration:
+ Liaise with front office teams (e.g., Traders, Sales), middle office, IT teams, and external stakeholders to support and enhance the trade lifecycle.
+ Prepare regular reports and documentation for management review.
Requirements
• Proficiency in Documentation and Reporting
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
• Experience in Operations and Review
• Knowledge in Credit and Financial Notes
• Excellent Time Management skills
• Experience in Loan Administration
• Familiarity with Legal Documentation
• Experience working with Counsels
• Ability to handle Settlements
• Strong Coordination skills
• Understanding of Financial Institutions
• Experience in Accounting Functions
• Proficiency in QA Management
