We are looking for a new team member for our success-driven Renewals team.

The team execute the coordination of worldwide trademark projects for international customers, in particular, we need your support for the following tasks:

Processing of trademark maintenance tasks, in cooperation with the local trademark attorneys and Trademark offices worldwide International communication with local attorneys and customers worldwide in order to ensure a timely instruction and execution of the tasks Managing deadlines and being responsible for the timely completion of tasks Regular independent reporting to customers Checking of official documents for accuracy Documentation of all relevant information in the internal database Optimization of processes

The perfect match...

Completed university or post-secondary professional diploma or first or second Bologna degree Very good English, both spoken and written, including business correspondence Well-versed in MS Office, particularly Excel and Outlook Strong communication and organisational skills and reliability Ability to work independently and accurately under deadline pressure Experience in trademark law welcome but not necessary Proactivity and openness to new technologies
