International has an exciting opportunity for a Trades and Inspection Specialist to join us in our corporate office in Lisle!

 

The Trades and Inspection Specialist will be highly organized and oversee the end-to-end process of, inspections, and logistics coordination. This role is key to ensuring operational efficiency, maintaining high inspection standards, and minimizing profit loss across our operations.

Responsibilities Manage all incoming customer trades including and not limited to setting up new packages in inspection program.Training and onboarding new usersInspection of trucks approximately 200-400 units per monthManage inspection teamManage inspections process (negotiating repair units, repair verifications, quality of repairs)Improve quality of inspection and stop profit leaksCustomer logistics pickup communicationAd hoc sales reporting on truck repairs.Recall program management of vehicles.Inspection invoicing processingMaintenance of fleet contacts and trade terms. Minimum Requirements Bachelor’s degreeAt least 2 years sales administration or customer service experience

OR

Master’s degree 

OR
