As a Tradeshow and Events Specialist at Endotronix, now part of Edwards Lifesciences, you will be a key player in advancing our mission by strategically planning, organizing, and executing successful tradeshows and events, both nationally and internationally, that enhance Endotronix’s visibility in the heart failure field. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop strategies that amplify brand awareness and foster customer engagement. This role offers a dynamic mix of strategic and tactical responsibilities, allowing you to work cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Medical Affairs, and Operations teams for the promotion of the Cordella Sensor System.
How you will make an impact:
Collaborate with Key Opinion Leaders to develop complex training content and program objectives. Design and execute customer facing programmatic content (websites, registration, surveys)
Solicit and analyze programs for feedback and present results to management and make recommendations for program enhancements
Organize and manage all event details such as venue, travel, transportation, decor, catering/reservations, invitee list, speakers/faculty, equipment, promotional material, etc. Pre-meeting preparation of materials, notebooks, packages, registration lists, etc. Process RFPs and contracts. Ensure compliance with HCP guidelines/Sunshine Act, insurance, legal, health and safety obligations
Create complex content (plan, design, and production) for sales programs and national and regional training events
Lead contact for events with internal project teams, external customers (HCPs, speakers, attendees), and hotels/vendors. Proactively handle any arising issues and troubleshoot any emerging problems leading up to and on the event day. Mitigate any change in direction of event planning
Lead review and approvals of complex medical content with Legal/Regulatory/Compliance (such as signing off content in Vault)
Collaborate with field representatives to identify local needs and build regional training programs including identifying learning objectives, crafting agendas, and facilitating training programs for VCC and Fellows (both creation and out of box templates)
Manage budget and track event finances including processing check requests, invoicing, and expense reporting
Negotiate with hotels and vendors

What you'll need (Required):
Bachelor’s degree preferred in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
At least 4 years of successful related business experience in tradeshow/events planning, preferably within the medical device, healthcare, or highly regulated industry.
Proven event management experience, CMP preferred
CVENT Event Management Software knowledge required

For Illinois (IL), the base pay range for this position is $60,000 to $84,000 (highly experienced). The pay for the successful candidate will depend on various factors (e.g., qualifications, education, prior experience).
