About the Role:
As part of the Wolters Kluwer Global Business Services division, the Tradeshow & Event Specialist in the Global Event Management team reporting into the Vice President, Global Event Management, supports the Virtual Team in the overall vision of a best-in-class event management team that functions as a shared service across the company. This role will assist the Vice President with the execution of virtual event plans to support the team’s goals and overall growth of the Wolters Kluwer events portfolio. This role will be responsible for supporting the management of virtual and hybrid events that expand the Wolters Kluwer brand in market as well as drive revenue expansion. The Specialist will help support the execution of various virtual event project plans under the direction of virtual event managers leading the specific event.
Responsibilities:
Support the overall goals of the team and organization set by the Vice President.Assist in the management and execution of a virtual & hybrid events that are executed to the highest possible standards with direction from the virtual event lead.Assist in the overall development and execution of the virtual & hybrid event experience.Developing virtual event timeline and planning task deadlinesAssist in the coordinating with shareholders and presenters on the agenda.Help in the management of the virtual event logistics, including management of event technology and IT supportAssist in the running of event rehearsal to test technologies and address any concernsDay-of availability for troubleshooting and assistanceProvide onsite support with the execution of hybrid events as needed.Provide guidance and support with the purchasing of virtual event technology needs.Post-event recording management, reporting, and analysis

Compensation:
Target salary range CA, CT, CO, DC, HI, IL, MD, MN, NY, RI, WA:: $76,350 - $105,700
