As a Trading Analyst, reporting to the Head of Trading Analytics, you'll help maximize global revenue by uncovering growth opportunities and optimizing pricing. You’ll take ownership of pricing optimization, including data collection, experiment design, testing, and providing actionable insights.
What you will be doingCreate and specify pricing experiments and strategies, ensuring best practices are followedDerive conclusions from your experiments to produce tangible recommendationsWork closely with other areas of the business, including trading, commercial and product, to align data insights with business initiativesDistribute conclusions to stakeholders in a digestible manner. Producing reports and dashboards that all levels of the business are interested inChallenge the status quo - continuously research, develop and champion the use of best practice methods and standards
Who we are looking forProficient in or eager to learn analytical and data manipulation software (e.g. Python, R, SQL, Excel).Comfortable handling and interpreting complex datasets with strong quantitative skills.Excellent communicator, able to present data insights to diverse audiences.Passionate about sports, bookmaking, and betting, with experience in pricing/optimization and Big Data technologies (e.g. Apache Spark, AWS).
