As a Trade Support Associate within our Agency Securities Finance Operations, you will manage the end-to-end account management process for our global Agency Securities Lending business. You will ensure accurate and timely setup of lender and borrower accounts, validate processing completeness, and resolve discrepancies with counterparties. You will collaborate closely with global operations and internal stakeholders to optimize processes and drive automation. Your role will focus on maintaining high standards of compliance, quality, and efficiency. You will have the opportunity to share best practices and contribute to the ongoing success of our team.

Job Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end Securities Lending account management processesSet up new and incremental lender and borrower accounts across Agency Lending systems within SLAValidate processing tasks for completeness and accuracyResolve discrepancies and queries with counterparties efficientlyEscalate exceptions to senior management in a timely mannerCertify accuracy and completeness of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) on an ongoing basisDocument and report proposed process changes for approval before implementationCollaborate with global operations to understand and optimize account management processesConduct gap analysis for onboarding, documentation, and static setup requirementsIdentify and implement opportunities for process efficiency and automationShare best practices and support team development

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills: 

Minimum three years’ experience in Securities Lending, Settlements, Trade Support/Middle Office, or COACs roleBachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related disciplineStrong knowledge of global financial marketsProficiency in Microsoft ExcelExperience with software tools such as SharePoint, Teams, Tableau, and Alteryx SuiteExcellent oral and written communication skillsAbility to work under pressure in a deadline-driven environmentStrong problem-solving and analytical skillsHigh attention to detail and accuracyAbility to work independently and manage time effectivelyDemonstrated ability to quickly learn new concepts and procedures

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

Advanced Excel skills, including building macrosExperience with process automation toolsKnowledge of AVATAR platform for account managementExperience conducting gap analysis and process improvementAbility to develop and share best practicesExperience in managing change and documentation processes

Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills
