As a Trading Services Agency Securities Finance Associate I within our client service team, you will be tasked with the responsibility and accountability for the comprehensive service delivery provided to our Asia Pacific (APAC) client base across all facets of their securities lending programs. Your role will involve building robust client relationships to ensure consistent service quality and improvements. Additionally, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining a network of partners through our Corporate & Investment Bank to foster client-centricity and overall service quality.

 

Job Responsibilities:

Manage Tier 1 and Non Tier 1 Agency Securities Finance Clients in line with their client allocations.Represent the Client within JPMorgan to ensure alignment with program parameters and reporting requirements.Act as the primary entry point for client questions, concerns, and requests.Promote escalation of client service delivery issues for timely resolution.Participate in internal JPM client virtual team or health check meetings as required.Work with SL Onboarding for incremental on-boarding and off-boarding tasks.Lead client training sessions related to JPMorgan Access for data navigation and self-service.Produce Client Performance decks with executive summaries, commentary, and benchmarking data.Prepare client reporting to align with client deliverables and expectations.Prepare and respond to audits.Review and resolve manual processes.Participate in client visits and business reviews.

 

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

Bachelor’s degree or higher.Minimum five years of client-facing experience.Strong analytical skills and ability to work well with data.Ability to work well under pressure and multi-task.

 

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

Experience in the securities financing industry with a deep understanding of securities services and institutional investor market segment.Strong communication skills and ability to be a team player.Confident presentation and negotiation skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.Securities Lending experience.
