As a Specialist, Trading Services, your job is not only to help our customers with the issues they encounter, but empower them to learn and grow as traders.
You will have the opportunity to guide customers on wide-ranging matters such as onboarding, advanced services like options trading and margin related issues, and handling customer money movement/asset transfers. Additionally you would interact with other areas such as Securities Lending, P&S, Regulatory Reporting, Compliance, Customer Experience, Engineering. You should thrive in a fast paced environment where critical thinking and sound judgment are essential.

What you’ll do Act as first POC for customer queries triaged Perform cross-functional responsibilities such as Trade Ops, Market Ops, Fraud Ops, Compliance and CX, with a specialised focus on: Money Movement (Local & International transfers) Asset Transfers (such as ACATS) Onboarding functions including KYC/EDD follow-ups Display mastery of financial concepts like Equities Trading, Margin, and Derivatives (Futures/Options) Trading. Adhere to Robinhood's policies and procedures pertaining to complex customer scenarios and translate them into outstanding customer interactions. Ensure deadlines and service levels are met, and for compliance with Firm policy, MAS rules and regulations. Perform outbound business development/sales campaigns May be required to help at in-person marketing/sales events Assist with various ad-hoc reporting/projects What you bring Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance/Economics/Business or equivalent experience in a financial field preferred CMFAS Modules for Rules: RES1B and RES 2B, or RES 12B and for Product Knowledge: CM-EIP/CM-SIP or CM-CMP (or already licensed to perform regulated activities in ‘Dealing in capital markets products that are exchange-traded derivatives contracts’, ‘Dealing in capital markets products that are units in a collective investment scheme’, ‘Dealing in capital markets products that are securities’) 3 to 5 years’ relevant experience Strong understanding of trading, brokerage, specially in onboarding and money movement operation functions Strong interpersonal skills Excellent attention to detail Ability to communicate clearly and concisely (both verbal and written) Must be self-motivated, flexible, deadline-oriented, able to complete tasks with minimal supervision and have a strong work ethic Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask Ability to interface and work with a wide variety of individuals at all levels Ability to effectively prioritize and adapt to a changing environmentWe use Covey as part of our hiring and / or promotional process for jobs in NYC and certain features may qualify it as an AEDT.
