Planning, organization & operation of services such as transfer in, transfer out, transfers between hotels, tours, charter operation, and cruise line operation, airport Meet & Greets. Transportation quotes for our guest prior arrive in the country.Support of customers in destination and logistic emergency resolution. Guest support through our service support cell phone.Proficient in Microsoft Office suite including Microsoft Teams.ABOUT THE JOB:
Experience organizing and planning Travel Agency or Tour Operator Operations. Experience in the tourism business. Knowledge of the tourist product of Costa Rica (excursions, transportation, routes, times, weather, etc).Responsible, orderly resolute capacity, availability, and customer service.Microsoft office skills (word, excel, PowerPoint)Outgoing, proactive, and well organized.Able to work under intense pressure scenarios. Good communication, verbal, and written English.Fluent Verbal and written English, an extra European language would be advantageous.
