We are looking for a dedicated employee (M/F/T) to strengthen our team in the logistics department:

Your tasks:

Responsibility for on-time, quality- and cost-conscious logistics processing

Processing and monitoring worldwide export/import orders

You are responsible for the preparation of transport documents and, in addition to timely invoicing, also for the profit and loss closing of the forwarding file

Furthermore, you will take care of the procurement of all necessary documents

Preparation of the freight documents for customs clearance

Monitoring and adherence to the specified loading and delivery dates at the customer's premises

Coordination of deliveries with related departments

Enquiries and evaluation of freight offers

Your profile:

Training as a forwarding agent (m/f/d) or commercial training with further professional and technical qualification in the field of forwarding/logistics

Several years of professional experience desirable

Confident use of MS Office applications and knowledge of ERP software

Commitment, team spirit, personal responsibility

Very good written and spoken English and good computer skills

You are committed and motivated, work independently and reliably and are characterised by team- and customer-oriented thinking and acting
