Traffic Control Manager

In this role, you will handle the distribution of U-Haul equipment in your assigned market that generates an average of $15 million a year in gross revenue. Traffic Managers implement strategies by analyzing data to create a distribution plan that helps meet customer demand and future migration trends by creating inventory availability. Traffic Managers support field team members, U-Haul dealerships and customers while also managing a team of Reservation Manager Agents who help customers with their reservations. You will work through various reports that support effective equipment distribution, accurate inventory reporting and reservation management. Skills and Qualifications: + High school diploma or equivalent + Management and team-building experience (2 years minimum) + Customer service-oriented with an analytical mind + Excellent communication, listener, interpersonal, leadership, coaching and conflict-resolution skills + Proficiency in office etiquette that helps support and maintain regional Traffic Department standards U-Haul Holding Company, and its family of companies including U-Haul International, Inc.
