The Traffic Coordinator tracks and prepares logs for scheduled programming and advertisements.

Multitasking with new orders and adjustments to existing logsProgramming duties included but not limited to – creating and maintaining program schedule grids as well as weekly sports contingency plansCross department collaboration with sales, engineering, master control, promotions, news, etc.Ability to work within a hub environmentWorking with incoming orders and sales contract translation into the Wide Orbit Traffic systemDaily generation of commercial and programming logsInventory control, database library management, broadcast automation, logistical issuesServe as a back-up to Traffic/Programming ManagerSo much more

What you’ll need as a Traffic Coordinator (Preferred Qualifications):

College degree preferredEnglish language skillsMeticulous attention to detailExcellent communication skills, both oral and writtenKnowledge of, and the ability to interpret, sales and programming contractsAbility to comply with deadlines and perform under pressureProficiency with computers and an ability to learn new software quicklyExperience in broadcasting traffic/programming preferredWide Orbit Traffic experience is a plus
