Job Summary
Saia is searching for a Traffic Customer Service Representative. As a Traffic Customer Service Representative you will assist customers primarily through inbound calls and various access channels of written correspondence, email, fax, and verbal communications. You will follow up with customers and internal employees to ensure service expectations are met and exceeded.
Job Responsibilities
Update Microsoft 365 CRM to ensure communication is being provided for follow up with the customers Provides correspondence to meet the customer needs and supplies daily/weekly/monthly performance report cards as necessary to maintain and retain the customer business levels Collaborates with customer on problem shipments to analyze and correct unsatisfactory service performance.Partners with customers by taking part in resolution conference calls. Participates in projects for process and quality assurance improvements.Preferred Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of LTL operations/customer service experienceExperience with data analysis with emphasis on problem resolutionIntermediate knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office suiteEffective oral and written communication skillsPay Rate: $18.14 - $20.81 per hour, based on experience
