**Position Summary**
Assists customers through various communication channels by managing and resolving service requests. Follows up with customers and internal teams to ensure service expectations are met and exceeded.
**Major Tasks and Responsibilities**
+ Provides responsive communication to meet customer needs by delivering performance reports to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
+ Assists customers with inquiries and resolves issues to improve service quality through process improvements and quality assurance initiatives.
+ Handles and resolves customer service requests across multiple communication channels.
+ Maintains calendars and follows up with customers and internal teams to ensure service levels align with customer expectations.
+ Identifies potential service issues and implements corrective actions to prevent disruptions in service quality.
+ Tracks the progress of ongoing projects and work orders to ensure timely completion.
**Preferred Qualifications**
+ High school diploma or GED.
+ 2+ years of customer service or related experience.
+ Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and data analysis.
Pay Rate: $18.14 - $20.81 per hour, based on experience
