Position Requirements
Position Requirements:
Accurately check in cargo discharging from ship, rail or truck
Prepare shipping documents
Conduct accurate inventories, reconcile discrepancies and report findings and make corrections as needed
Maintain accurate records
Communicate effectively via email
Be knowledgeable of and follow all applicable safety rules and be able to perform in a heavy industrial environment
Process drivers from check in to completion
Check outbound cargo for accuracy
Process inbound and outbound truckloads
Check and verify outbound truck cargo
Operate load out bay to safely load trucks and railcars with bulk fertilizer
Must be knowledgeable of the dynamics of training drivers to load liquid fertilize
Must be able to work from written and verbal instructions
Must be able to communicate, verbally and in writing, in English
Must be computer literate and be proficient with Outlook, Word, Excel and other programs as required
Must have good planning skills and the ability to anticipate problems and develop a plan of action to prevent delays in the organization's workflow
Must have excellent organizational and math skills
Must be detail oriented
Must be able to work on projects with minimal supervision
Must be able to sucure and maintain a Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC card) as condition of employment
