**Job Description**
AECOM is seeking a Traffic Management Center Operator to be based in Nashville, TN.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Monitor and control traffic management devices (CCTV, Dynamic Message Signs, etc.) across Davidson County highways.
+ Support first responders, emergency management, and law enforcement communications.
+ Detect and report incidents, dispatch service patrols, assist first responders, and notify the public.
+ Handle calls from various persons, organizations, and agencies.
+ Create and submit work orders for equipment failures or malfunctions.
+ Use software applications to control ITS field devices, monitor traffic flow, and perform data analysis.
+ Ensure the accuracy of data submissions in logs, reports, and documentation.
+ Provide guidance to responders and motorists during severe traffic events.
+ Post alerts, notifications, and messages as needed.
+ Assist in coordinating responses to disasters and high-profile events affecting roadways.
+ Perform other related duties as directed.
**Qualifications**
**Minimum Requirements:**
+ High School + 4 years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ Experience in traffic management or a related field.
+ Strong communication and multitasking skills.
+ Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
+ Proficiency with traffic management software and devices.

Offered compensation will be based on location and individual qualifications. The expected range is $20.00/hour - $30.00/hour.
