Job Summary:
We are looking for the Order processing specialist

Detailed Description:

Finished products purchase orders and sales invoices handling

Communication with sales representatives, negotiations about delivery times

Communication and agreements with transport companies

Processing export licenses and customs documentation

Entering orders into system (SAP), checking prices

Communication with production, purchase and warehouse staff about orders and production plan

Export reporting

Location of the job: Estonia, Tallinn, Osmussaare str 1

To be ready to take on this role we would love if you have:

Higher or vocational education on logistics or work experience as logistic or export specialist

Interest and skills to work in international environment

Very good Estonian and English language skills

Good in communication

Responsible and systematical person

Ability to work independently

Team-player, ability to work in cooperation with production and other logistic units

Precision and correctness, stress tolerance
