Job Responsibilities: What you will do

Collaborate with internal departments and KNX customer's to ensure all possible revenue is captured, billed accurately and paid timely. Assist with ensuring compliance with negotiated rates.

Review a diverse range of complex agreements and related documents ensuring contractual terms meets the company's business standards.Research and identify missed billing opportunities and implement leasing plan.Collaborate with leadership to ensure trailer leasing terms are properly captured in the contract and documented in the system.Assess, interpret and translate research data into actionable insights and recommendations.Develop, document and oversee new processes to improve operations that result in improved profitability.Collaborate with leadership and pricing to determine trailer leasing rates.Identify opportunities to find missed revenue related to trailer leasing.Review, analyze, recommend, and implement projects that optimize work flow, accuracy of billing, and customer satisfaction with regards to billing.Proactively identify and recommend ideas to streamline process improvement on existing processes.Research complex revenue issues and/or processes with key customer contacts and coordinate with other departments within the organization.Analyze customer accounts, evaluate problems and provide recommended course of action.Prepare summary analysis of accounts to assist in issue resolution.Proactively work to assist others in achieving the organization's objectives.

Qualifications: What you need to bring

2+ years' of related experience required.Previous experience in transportation industry preferred.Associates' degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and/or experience required.Must possess excellent analytical skills.Must be able to understand operational and financial data.Must be a self-starter and possess a high level of initiative.Must understand cost-based and activity-based accounting.Must possess excellent MS Excel and SQL query skills.Must be able to plan and organize.Must possess strong verbal and written communication skills.
