**Job Title: Trailer Technician** **Job Description** The Trailer Technician will assist in the construction and repair of mobile office trailers. This role involves installing furniture, electrical components, basic patching and painting, and primarily repairing trailers. The environment is fast-paced, with multiple big projects lasting 30-60 days. Typical hours are from 6:30 am to 3:00 pm, with winter hours starting at 7:00 am and hot summer hours starting at 6:00 am. The workday is 8 hours long, with no the person expected, but flexibility is required. Steel toe, lace-up boots and jeans are mandatory, and all personal protective equipment (PPE) will be provided. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Bakersfield, California. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00 Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
