Job Responsibilities and Tasks:  

 

Sales and Operations Planning

Create Supply Plans for 24 Months and share it with supplier/licensors Monthly calls with suppliers to update the demand figures and share any updates Identify slow moving materials and suggest a liquidation plan with inventory controller Identify the supply constraints items and inform the demand planner Monthly meeting with demand planner to have an update on the constraints and slow movers Participate in new launch product plans and be aware when to place the first purchase order

 

Master Production schedule

Calculate net requirements based on available saleable stock, in-route and open orders Round the requirements to the nearest batch size as per the agreement of the licensor Inform sales team and customer operations of any potential shortage or delay

 

 

Execution of Supply Plan

Get at least 2 offers from freight forwarders to ship the goods for Ex-works incoterms Update delivery plans for all shipment on monthly basis Work closely with production planner Create a database for in-bound transportation cost Create purchase orders based on the agreed-on lead time with supplier Open STOs with intercompany and follow up on the release Make sure that the items are received and released If the procurement semi-finished/Finished goods are not complying with Hikma specification

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain or Relevant field

Experience:

0-1 years relevant experience in a GMP/Manufacturing facility.
