Your skills:
· Ongoing studies on a BSc/MSc level
· Proactive mindset and „can do” attitude

· Excellent organizing skills (trainings, events, etc.)
· Perseverance in administration challenges
· Fluency in Hungarian and English (written and oral)
· Practice in Microsoft tools usage
· Interest in project coordination
· Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom, Premier Pro and social media management knowledge is a plus
Main tasks:
· Event preparation: venue booking, arranging catering, handling invitations, keeping in touch with partners
· Handle merchandise stock: manage ordering, inventory, expense reports
· Host internal events: trainings, workshops, employee and external events
· On-site administrative support
· Bring new ideas on the table
· Social media management
· Create internal communication materials/campaigns
· Creative content creation (photo and video editing, visuals, copy writing)
