This position is to join our innovative Professional Scientific Services (PSS) programme as an employee of Eurofins.  The programme places full-time analysts, technicians, scientists and technical support personnel managed by Eurofins directly at the client facility to provide long term staffing needs while maintaining the same services, expertise and cGMP compliance available at the Eurofins facility. Job DescriptionResponsible for Sample Management of Large Molecule Samples including label printing, sample sorting and storage, notification to groupResponsible for stock replenishment within laboratories and ordering consumablesResponsible for temperature monitoring within laboratories on a daily basisResponsible for shipping materials to external laboratories for testing and preparing shipping documentation, as requiredThis person will be responsible for providing assistance for other members of staff as requiredResponsible for providing general assistance in laboratories. Responsible for cleaning laboratory equipment as required e.g. refrigerators, incubators etc.Responsible for sanitisation of laboratory areas, keeping the laboratory area clean and tidy in both ‘seen’ and ‘unseen’ areas.This person will ensure that all required documentation is completed on time, accurately and legibly.Responsible for adhering to all company standards in the areas of safety, housekeeping and quality, notifying management of any discrepancies.As with all members of staff this person is responsible for ensuring that customers requirements are fully met and in so doing will be flexible to work in any area of the business as is required.

QualificationsNCEA certificate in a related discipline or administrative qualification is preferable.A minimum of 1-2 years laboratory housekeeping experience (preferably in GMP facility).GMP experience is preferableGood team playerGood communication skills both internally and externally

This is an opportunity to join Eurofins on a full time permanent basis. 

Working the below shift pattern:

Week 1: Wednesday & Thursday 08:00 - 20:00

Week 2: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday & Sunday 08:00 - 20:00
