You Are:

UST is searching for a Trainee Associate who will support customer applications by monitoring the systems/applications/infrastructure under continuous guidance.

 

The Opportunity:

·       Controller,Scanner,Technical Training

·       Operating Systems and software platforms

·       Integrated development environment (IDE)

·       Ensures that requests for support are properly logged and resolved as per the Service Level Agreements, according to agreed standards and procedures

·       Adhere to project SLAs, shift timings and communicate effectively over e-mails and conversations

 

This position description identifies the responsibilities and tasks typically associated with the performance of the position. Other relevant essential functions may be required.

 

What you need:

·       Familiarity with network optimization principles and methodologies.

·       Familiar with Windows Operating Systems MS Word MS Excel etc.

·       Knowledge base of customer domain and sub domain where problem is solved

 

 

Compensation can differ depending on factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, education, and level of experience. As required by applicable law, UST provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in various U.S. markets as set forth below.

Role Location: Remote

Compensation Range:   $40,000-$60,000

 

Our full-time, regular associates are eligible for 401K matching, and vacation accrual and are covered from day 1 for paid sick time, healthcare, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance benefits.
