**Job Description Summary** To Produce high quality products/components, ensuring adherence to Standard Operating Procedure, Safety guidelines & Good Manufacturing Practices. To conduct IQPC as per guidelines. **Job Description** Machine Operations as per Process Parameters Setting Card, checking & ensuring quality of components during production. To conduct IPQC as per the guidelines and record them in the specific format. + Raw Material loading and material handling on the shop floor. + Machine Maintenance cleaning and greasing (moving parts), Preventive & Break Down maintenance, Conveyor & Mold cleaning, check leakage & Others. + Documentation – Filling of Production Formats, Log Sheets, Process Parameters Sheets, Maintenance Record, and others. + To perform activities by following Safety, Quality, Quantity and Delivery by ensuring high quality as per BD standards and specifications + To improve Productivity & wastage reduction and maintenance of machine.
