Roles & Responsibilities
Responsible for Design and development of automated test equipment’s
Manufacture and install test equipment’s for production.
Develop software for test equipment’s.
Responsible for ensuring the Equipment availability :
OEE Management & Controls.
Maintaining equipment uptimes
Attend& review daily breakdowns and take appropriate actions.
Develop Periodical maintenance procedures..
Identifying the equipment abnormality & correcting the same.
Maintaining basic minimum spares for equipment.
To ensure timely planning & closure of Preventive Maintenance.
Calibration of all instruments used in the equipment’s.
Develop permanent measures to overcome the failures.
Drive equipment improvements to increase productivity and enhance capacity.
Monthly review and updating of Equipment dashboard.
Publish weekly breakdown trending and identify key improvement actions through data analysis.
Train & Evaluate production members to carry out jobs, troubleshooting & deliver output.
Act as the single point of contact between Engineering, AME, Process Engineering, Production Engineers and Testers.
Document, implement, monitor, and enforce all processes for testing as per standards defined by the GEHC.
Develop testing procedures and troubleshooting Aids..
Develop the test plan for the tasks, dependencies and participants required to mitigate the risks to system quality and obtain stakeholder support for this plan.
Required Qualifications
Qualified to Degree level in Mechanical/ Electronics/Electrical engineering.

Strong oral and written communication skills
