You will be working closely with an experienced estimators helping the sales team with proposals, tracking costs, understanding the customer's specifications and calculating the final budget for the project, product or service. Types of refurbishment projects are in Education, Commercial, Retail, Leisure and Healthcare up to a couple hundred thousand.

Responsibilities:
Supporting with client, consultants, quantity surveyors, and other third partiesSupport potential tenders with commercial teamAdministrate correspondence and tender documentation throughout the supply chainSending out tender enquiries to the supply chain, negotiating and adjudicating quotesObtain pricing in a timely manner to meet with submission deadlinesSupport with various stages of all successful bids to ensure costs are kept in line with the forecast Requirements:
Estimating in construction desirableSales/pricing/tracking costs in construction desirableExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, written and verbal EnglishHighly numerate, uses initiative and solves problems independentlyFull clean driving licence is required, and DBS may be conductedComputer literacy skills and the ability to adapt to using company customer relationship management systemsIf you would like to discuss, please do call RGB Recruitment Exeter and ask for Nicky Harris.
