You will be responsible to:
+ Assist with conducting non-core and intercompany shipments, ensuring compliance with current legislation and regulations;
+ Help prepare documentation required to support the transit of goods, ensuring information systems (e.g., CRM, SAP) are updated accordingly;
+ Support in keeping the customer master data in SAP updated;
+ Monitor the availability and performance of shipments, contributing to the continuous improvement of import/export processes for enhanced efficiency;
+ Maintain knowledge of current legislation and regulations regarding imports/exports in the allocated regions;
+ Learn and apply shipping procedures, practices, custom policies, and available means of transportation;
+ Develop knowledge of imports/exports and participate in area processes, procedures, and projects under the guidance of more senior colleagues;
+ Ensure all assigned tasks are delivered on time, safely, efficiently, reliably, and cost-effectively;
+ Perform tasks and duties safely, in accordance with instructions, and comply with environmental, health & safety rules/procedures, regulations, and codes of practice;
+ Execute professional activities in compliance with GMP and HSE guidelines, internal and external requirements, and promote the implementation and maintenance of company policies, systems, and procedures (COPs, HBR, SOPs, etc.).
We are looking to recruit a Candidate:
+ University qualification in Business Administration, Logistics, or a similar field;
+ Educational or training experience in logistics is preferred;
+ Basic knowledge of overall logistics processes and regulations;
+ Fluency in English is required;
+ Familiarity with SAP;
+ Ability to conduct tasks in accordance with established rules and procedures;
+ Computer literate with a good working knowledge of the MS Office package.
