About Commercial Risk We assist clients with their insurance buying decisions, aiming to optimize the balance of risk transfer and retention financing through valuation and analysis. Responsibilities + As a trainee Commercial Risk broker, you will support the team as they help clients with their insurance buying decisions, aiming to optimize the balance of risk transfer and retention financing through valuation and analysis. + Assist in achieving business objectives within a team environment through assigned research, policy and project activities allocated during developmental work placements. + Develop and maintain effective and productive working relationships with appropriate external client contacts and other internal Aon clients. + Effectively participate in on-the-job and other learning and development activities provided throughout the development programme. + Pitching and storytelling – potential to communicate to stakeholders in a compelling way.
