Trainee Training Department (6-months)

Your contribution

As a Trainee in the Product Support team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Product Support & Training Department Team. Your responsibilities will include administration of training courses, functional support for Tecan Academy, creation and deployment of digital learning content and reporting.

 

Responsibilities

Configure and maintain Tecan Academy settings for training content access and distribution Work with 3rd party tools to ensure external content is interoperable and integrates smoothly with learning systems Deliver support on processes for content organization, tagging and discoverability Assist in reporting by extracting data, generating reports, and analyzing training metrics to provide general overviews and insights Optimize the LMS to meet various requests by configuring system settings, customizing user interfaces, and implementing new features or integrations as needed Troubleshoot technical issues related to the LMS and provide solutions to ensure seamless user experience and system functionality Support the department with various administrative tasks

Currently pursuing an M.Sc. with a strong interest in multimedia distance learning or instructional design Or university student, nearing completion or after obtaining a B.Sc., with some initial work experience, such as from an industry practicum Familiarity with Learning Management Solutions Ability to use learning authoring tools and technologies (e.g. Articulate Storyline) Critical thinking skills and good judgment working in an independent environment Affinity for digital technologies and tools Fluent English
