This is an exciting opportunity to join the Private Client Fiduciary Services team and provide administrative support to the Fiduciary Management team.

What will you do?

Provide a support service to clients within the Fiduciary Management team, including the preparation of payments, completion of requests in the relevant databases, compilation and preparation of letters and emails;

Assist with filing, meeting pack production, general administration and other regular client support work in order to deliver an efficient client service

Support with adhoc administration and reporting, this includes supporting other team members during absences

Ensure corporate policies in accordance with Wealth Management Internal standards and procedures are implemented and adhered to

Provide assistance in ensuring all Audit points are addressed

Competent use of various software packages including but not limited to Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook plus fast and accurate keyboard skills

Excellent organisation skills and using own initiative to ensure that outstanding matters are followed through and ability to meet deadlines
