About the Role
参与天津分公司各项培训；分公司培训活动、课程、项目的执行实施岗位职责：
1、了解学员需求，以助于更好地完成相关培训班务工作；
2参与新人班的培训授课并做好现场掌控，根据课程反馈不断完善培训课程，确保达成相关课程的关键指标；
3、编写培训记录并跟进培训后的效果反馈，以助于分析总结培训工作；
4、参与新人班培训课程的更新、教案编写、追踪，完成课程评估与归档；
5、完成培训部各项课程授课的通关试讲，以助于更好地为培训班授课及辅导；
6、担任培训项目主持工作；
7、正确传达公司文化，引导新人养成良好的习惯，以助于新人更好地融入团队；
8、完成主管分派的其他任务。
岗位要求：
1. 大学本科或以上，金融、教育专业优先
2. 2年以上保险行业工作经验及培训工作经验
3. 良好的协调沟通能力及团队协作意识
4. 具备较强的培训企划技巧与教授能力
5. 较强的文字和语言表达能力，良好的英语读写能力
6. 熟练的电脑使用经验，擅长使用WORD.PPT.EXCEL.等Office 软件
